The Effects of Cold Exposure Training and a Breathing Exercise on the Inflammatory Response in Humans

Fast breathing raises Adrenaline. Breath holds increase the duration of elevated Adrenaline. This combination make significant positive inflammatory blood marker shifts. The cold exposure works great to eliminate pain or sick symptoms but doesn't do much for the blood markers. However, adding the cold exposure to the breathwork added an additional 40% to the blood marker shifts.
