Hey friends, some family things and personal demands caused me to need to step away from the Saturday open mats, so I will not be in Denver on Saturday mornings soon.
However, Rich is all about keeping the good vibe tribe together and coordinating plunges after training. With luck, I'll be doing the same at the Boulder mothership soon, and I hope we get some winter plunges and hikes in this year. Above all else, I'm grateful to share this practice with all of you and hope to see you all again soon. J
