What people are saying:
"One of the best online workshops I have attended on any subject. Miles is a terrific teacher with a wealth of knowledge and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. I learned far more than I had expected to I had a ball doing so. It was not worth the cost, it was worth ten times as much." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I recently attended a virtual breath/cold exposure workshop with Miles. I was skeptical about what could be achieved by virtual training but quickly became amazed at the excellence and dedication of Miles that made the workshop so valuable. Without reservation, I would recommend him as an instructor in the Wim Hof Method." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This 90-minute workshop will cover:
- Eliminating competition anxiety using adrenaline control.
- What breathwork to use before, during, and in-between matches.
- Techniques for joint strengthening, injury prevention, and recovery.
After doing BJJ for 20 years and still practicing regularly, I've learned there are three things required in everyone's BJJ arsenal, learning how to control your mental state, maintaining energy levels, and injury prevention and recovery.
I have been studying the Wim Hof Method over the last five years and incorporated it in almost every aspect of my life, particularly BJJ. Over the last two decades, I've learned under the expertise of Relson Gracie, Jerry Brewer, Phil Migliarese, Dean Lister, Diogo Gomes, Ralph Gracie, Kurt Osiander, Matt Darcy, and Dave Camarillo.
I have even had the good fortune to share the mats with Master Rickson Gracie and studied his work on breath control in depth.
I will be revealing all I know on these subjects, and you'll leave this workshop knowing how to apply breathwork when it matters and how to create your daily practice.
The workshop is interactive, and you'll have lots of opportunities to ask questions plus a Q&A portion at the end. This 90-minute class will have three sections, a presentation around the science of breathwork, then we will do guided breathing mediation, and lastly, how to apply it all to exercise and joint strength.
Participants need enough space to sit and lay down approximately the size of a yoga mat and should be on camera for the majority of the workshop. Headphones will be useful for guided breathwork portion but are not required.
