Discover How Breathwork Is Ultimate Tool To Enhance Jiu-Jitsu
You can learn the tools Wim Hof and Rickson Gracie used to enhance performance. As a result, you can transform your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with better focus, more energy, and accelerate short and long-term recovery.

There are two workshops to choose from, each include unique content so they work great together over a weekend.
Learn where I discovered the techniques and how we test them.
While not knowing each other, Wim Hof and Master Rickson were on parallel paths.

Wim was becoming a famous daredevil setting Guinness records for the longest ice baths and wild feats such as climbing Mt. Everest to the death zone shirtless and in shorts.
Rickson was demonstrating extraordinary command over his mind and body, sitting under ice melt waterfalls, displaying ultra high-level yoga, and most famously proving himself unbeatable in mixed martial arts.
They both attribute their success to breathing.
After climbing a snowy mountain with Wim and sharing the mats with Rickson, I've compiled the lessons learned into two workshops, specifically for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Since doing BJJ for nearly 25 years, I know what an incredible challenge it can be mentally and physically, making it the perfect testing ground for enhancements. I was blown away when I discovered this capacity for more energy and mental control using breathwork.

These techniques will enhance any intense exercise. You can be confident they work because you'll feel the results immediately during the class. The great thing is that this works for anyone.
All the techniques are backed by science.
After multiple brainwave scans before and after different breathworks (1), we know exactly what works to achieve the state we're interested in.

In addition, we use Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation Percentage, Heart Rate Variability, and the latest data points to know the concepts taught are not just anecdotal but also backed by peer-reviewed science (2)(3)(4).

Creating terminology around these sometimes mystical experiences that breathwork can create is paramount. Finding the science is the universal language.

I've seen people in these workshops do incredible things that they never thought were possible. I have learned firsthand from Miles. After years of hating ice baths that were required as a professional athlete, I finally know how to embrace and enjoy the cold."
