Breath Fitness For Jiu-Jitsu Seminar

90 Min | Science, Breathing Mechanics, Exercises, & Guided Breakwork

60 Min | 10 x 5 Minute Rounds

In this seminar, we will go over  breathing mechanics and how to use breathwork to:


✓ Shifts brainwaves to eliminate competition anxiety (1).

✓ Have more energy and focus during rolls (2).

✓ Recover from exhaustion during the match (3).

We will do a full guided breathwork session to music.

As a bonus, you will learn specific exercises for joint injury repair and prevention.

Lastly, we will do 10 x 5 minutes rounds of Jiu-Jitsu and you can put what you've learned to the test.
